Emma Ferguson

Emma Ferguson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People and Talent at Gate One since June 2022, following progressive roles as Senior People & Talent Manager and People & Talent Manager. Prior to Gate One, Emma held multiple positions at Lifescience Dynamics Limited from November 2018 to May 2022, including HR Manager & Business Partner, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Administrator. Emma's early career included a role as an HR Assistant at Bourne Leisure Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a DBS project for Haven Holiday Parks across the UK. Emma holds a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management from CIPD (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of York (2015-2018), alongside completing high school education at Northwood College for Girls GDST (2008-2015).
