Rudan Balay

Rudan Balay is a Communications Manager for gategroup in North America since April 2022 and has been serving as an Ambassador for Global Goodwill Ambassadors since 2019. Previously, Rudan worked as a Live Experience Associate at POLITICO and as a Communications Specialist at CEO Update, alongside experience as a Research Assistant. Prior work includes serving as a Public Relations Specialist for the Academy of United States Veterans, where activities for the Annual Veterans Event were organized. Rudan's earlier roles involve working as a Relationship Banker at M&T Bank and a Newsroom Intern at Voice of America, where social media engagement was notably enhanced. An internship at the Sultan Qaboos Cultural Center focused on social media coordination and cultural education. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University with a concentration in Global Communications and Conflict Resolution, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Empire State College.
