Andy Homer

Andy Homer has a diverse work experience in the banking industry, with a focus on communications and media relations. Andy is currently working at Gatehouse Bank plc as the Chief Customer Officer, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Communications at Gatehouse Bank plc from June 2018 to July 2021. Before joining Gatehouse Bank plc, Andy held various roles at different banks. Andy was the Head of External Communications at Aldermore Bank PLC from March 2014 to June 2018. Prior to that, they worked at HSBC as the Head of UK Commercial Banking Media Relations from January 2011 to March 2014. Andy also worked at Santander as a Senior Media Relations Manager from October 2008 to January 2011, and at Alliance & Leicester in multiple positions, including Senior Press Manager and Press Manager, from April 2000 to October 2008.

Andy Homer attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Marketing.
