Ning Xue Mu

Ning Xue Mu has varied work experience in the fields of biotechnology and biomedical research. They most recently held the position of Director at Gatehouse Bio starting in July 2022. Prior to that, Ning Xue Mu worked as an Associate Director at Gatehouse Bio from January 2022 to July 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Scientist at Alltrna from September 2020 to January 2022. From March 2018 to August 2020, Ning Xue Mu worked as an Investigator and Lab-Head at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR). They also gained experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from January 2015 to March 2018. Before that, they held roles as a PhD Candidate and Research Specialist at SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL from April 2012 to January 2015 and as a Product Consultant and Research Scientist at Shanghai Fosun Med-Tech Development Co., Ltd. from November 2008 to April 2012. Ning Xue Mu's earlier work experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at 南开大学 from August 2007 to November 2008.

Ning Xue Mu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cell and Developmental Biology from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Nankai University. Additionally, Ning Xue Mu has acquired certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt from the Juran Institute Inc in 2013 and in Welding from Raritan Valley Community College in 2011.
