Paul Stockwell serves as the Group Managing Director and Board Director of Gatehouse Living Group, overseeing the strategic development of a vertically integrated residential real estate investment platform, which includes Gatehouse Investment Management and Ascend Property Management. With extensive experience in the financial and real estate sectors, Paul has held prominent roles such as Chief Commercial Officer at Gatehouse Bank plc, Head of Property Risk at TSB Bank, and Head of Property Risk and Valuation at Aldermore Bank PLC. Paul's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management and a Finance for Executives certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Since joining Ascend Properties in November 2018, Paul has played a key role in the company's growth and integration into the Gatehouse Living Group framework.
