Keyur Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service across the appliance manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Service & Support at Gatekeeper Systems, Inc. since January 2025, Keyur previously held significant roles at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, including Vice President of Operations & Customer Experience and GM of Manufacturing, where responsibilities spanned various senior management positions in operations, logistics, and customer service. Keyur's background includes advisory roles, notably serving on the Advisory Board for Customer Experience at Rutgers from July 2018 to November 2024. Earlier experience includes tenure as Operations Manager at Dynamic Cooking Systems, Inc., where a comprehensive skill set in manufacturing and quality assurance was developed.
