Javier Esparza Herraiz

Javier Esparza Herraiz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management across various sectors. Currently serving as VP & GM EMEA at Gates Corporation since November 2025, Javier previously held multiple leadership roles at Cooper Standard, including VP Manufacturing Europe and Senior Director Launch Management Europe. Prior to that, Javier was the COO at Fluidra from January 2013 to December 2015. With a strong foundation in the automotive industry, Javier's career at Johnson Controls Automotive spanned from 1995 to December 2012, where Javier advanced through numerous positions, culminating in Operations Director for the South Region & UK, among other roles. Educational qualifications include a Technical Engineer in Industrial Engineering and a European Welding Engineer from Universidad de Zaragoza.
