Lucas Dumdie

Lucas Dumdie has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and product management field. Lucas started their career as a Design Engineer at Hudson Products Corp in 2001, where they worked until 2004. Lucas then joined Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) and took on roles such as Project Engineer, Product Manager, and eventually became a Product Line Manager. Lucas worked at MCFA from 2004 to 2019. In 2019, they joined the Gates Corporation as the Global Product Line Director, where they managed a suite of product lines worth approximately $400 million in revenue and $230 million in margin. Lucas successfully drove revenue and margin growth, and also built new global and regional teams to support the company's growth.

Lucas Dumdie completed their education from 1996 to 2000 at Colorado State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2012, they obtained a certification from the Project Management Institute, becoming a Project Management Professional.
