Raymond Miklius

Raymond Miklius serves as Vice President and General Manager for GatesAir's Television Product Group, responsible for oversight of TV product development and global market penetration. He is based at the company’s headquarters in Mason, Ohio, outside of Cincinnati.

With over 25 years of experience in broadcast technology, Miklius joined Harris Broadcast in 2013 as Director of Television Transmission. As the transmission side of the company transitioned into GatesAir, he was responsible for updating the solid-state TV transmitter product line, furthering the high-efficiency PowerSmart initiatives, and expanding product compatibility with current and emerging global modulations and standards.

Prior to joining Harris Broadcast, Miklius served as Vice President of Studio Systems at Broadcast Electronics, Inc. and as Senior Product Manager of Digital Systems Division for Tellabs, Inc. He has also held key operations-based analytical roles at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Atlantic Richfield Company.

Miklius holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
