Randolph Sears has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industries, currently serving as Advisor and Senior Vice President & Managing Director of British Columbia Casinos at Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited since September 2011. Prior to this role, Randolph served as an Independent Consultant for RWS, focusing on marketing, casino operations, and public relations from October 2009 to September 2011. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment at Tropicana Las Vegas Inc., Marketing Director at Spotlight 29 Casino, and Sr VP Marketing at Montreux by The New Frontier, among others. Randolph began a career in the gaming sector at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. as a Pit Floor Supervisor in 1978, offering a rich background in various marketing and operational roles. Randolph holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, earned between 1978 and 1981.
