Bobby Williams

Bobby Williams currently serves as Chief Business Officer at Life Family Church, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Bobby has been with Gateway Church since 2005, where various leadership positions included Director, Director of Resource Ministries, Executive Director of Hospitality, Executive Director of Operations, and Executive Director of Retail Services. Throughout this tenure, Bobby has led a diverse range of departments—such as Bookstore, Café, Conferences & Events, Facilities, Food Services, Logistics, Maintenance, Security, and Campus Operations—across ten locations, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to a Central Operations team of 75 while influencing an additional 100 staff across campuses.
