Carlos Torres

Carlos Torres is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP Chief Compliance Officer at Gateway since July 2017, Carlos has held several key positions within the company, including VP of Lending Compliance and Senior Manager of Compliance and Monitoring. Prior to Gateway, Carlos held various roles at Bank of Oklahoma from April 2012 to July 2017, culminating in the position of Vice President - Mortgage Quality Control Manager. Additionally, Carlos has experience with C & L Service Corporation, Morris-Griffin Corporation, Deloitte, and Midland Mortgage Corporation, demonstrating a strong background in loan administration, quality control, and compliance. Carlos earned a degree from the University of Oklahoma between 1992 and 1996.
