Richard Miller

Richard Miller currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at loanDepot since April 2024. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Director of Compliance at Hyundai Capital America from November 2014 to April 2024, overseeing compliance for the captive auto finance company servicing Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis Automobiles. Richard's experience at CoreLogic spanned from 2004 to 2014, where responsibilities included serving as VP, Compliance and Privacy Officer, creating a global compliance program, and acting as General Counsel for a subsidiary. Richard also practiced as Corporate Counsel at CoreLogic and as an Associate at Parker Stanbury, LLP, following a position as an Attorney at Vanguard Integrity Professionals. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University.
