Yolanda Johnson-Davis

Yolanda Johnson-Davis has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996 with Ameritech Cellular as a Corporate Account Manager. Yolanda then worked as an HR Generalist at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois from 1998 to 2000. Yolanda joined Ryerson in 2000 as an HR Associate and subsequently moved to Gateway Foundation in 2001, where they continued in an HR Associate role until 2004. At Gateway Foundation, Yolanda advanced their career as an HR Manager from 2004 to 2012, then as an HR Director from 2012 to 2022. Presently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Gateway Foundation.

Yolanda Johnson-Davis is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Organization Development at Roosevelt University, expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Information Systems from Chicago State University.
