Kelsey Downes, M.Ed, BCBA, is an experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a Master's degree in Education, Kelsey has worked in various roles including Clinical Director, Program Director, Behavior Analyst, and Behavioral Therapist. Kelsey has a background in working with children on the Autism spectrum, creating goals, behavior plans, and collaborating with other providers. In addition to their work in ABA, Kelsey has experience in shift management, teaching, and creating enriching experiences for children in different settings.
