Christine Weeks

Christine Weeks is the Vice Chair at Gateway Longview. Christine has also served as the Co-Executive Director, Director of Development, and Director of Marketing at Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center from February 2013 to May 2017.

Under their leadership, Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center has successfully implemented new event programming and marketing initiatives which has in turn increased events, memberships, visibility, and revenues. They have also managed to increase their staff and operating budget from $900,000 annually to almost $2 Million. In addition, Christine has been instrumental in developing and maintaining professional relationships with community stakeholders, donors and sponsors which has resulted in the securing of millions of dollars in funding for multiple restoration and improvement projects. These projects include the Theatre Marquee Restoration, Stage Lighting Improvements, Stage Rigging Improvements, Brick and Mortar Restoration, Digital Projection Project, and Site Remediation Project.

Most recently, Christine has successfully negotiated/renegotiated deals with vendors which has saved the organization thousands of dollars and resources annually. Christine is a highly effective leader who is able to represent the organization professionally to the public, media, and community stakeholders. This was evident when Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center was named "Organization Of the Year" by Leadership Niagara (2016).

Christine Weeks earned their BS in Business Administration and Management from Hilbert College.
