Kelley Rehkugler

Kelley Rehkugler is an experienced guidance and counseling professional with a versatile background in mental health and substance abuse counseling. Currently serving as a Guidance Counselor at the NYC Department of Education since January 2013, Kelley also holds the position of Substance Abuse Counselor at Bridge Back to Life Center, Inc. since August 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counselor at Bright Path Counseling Center from August 2010 to June 2011. Academically, Kelley earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SUNY Geneseo.
