Mary Young

Mary Young is an experienced customer service professional with a solid background in finance and education. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Gateway One Lending & Finance since August 2010, Mary excels in resolving customer issues and delivering superior service. Prior experience includes leadership as Vice President of Beta Alpha Psi, where Mary facilitated professional development for members, and a role as a Bookkeeper at Haven Exchange, managing accounts for over 35 clients. Additional experience includes pedagogical support as a Teacher's Assistant at Kellie's Academy for Kids and sales at Kohl's Department Stores. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate of Science in Accountancy from Orange Coast College.
