Kelly Bione

Kelly Bione is an experienced operations manager currently at Gateway Region YMCA since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly served as the Director of High School Partnerships and Recruitment and as the Administrator of Running Start at Southwestern Illinois College from April 2015 to August 2022. Additionally, from February 2007 to 2015, Kelly held various positions at the same institution, including Admissions Specialist and Job Placement Specialist/Personal Advocate. Earlier in career, Kelly was the Manager of Training and Development Programs at Full Circle Enterprises, Inc. from June 1999 to June 2006. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development from Webster University (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (2000-2002).
