Brenda Rosecrans is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in HR leadership across various healthcare and service organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Gateway Services since February 2024, Brenda previously held the position of Senior Director at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay & Senior Options, LLC from December 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy for a prominent Life Plan Community. Brenda's career also encompasses roles as Director of Human Resources at Harbor's Edge Norfolk and System Director of Human Resources at Riverside Health System, demonstrating expertise in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, promoting employee engagement, and enhancing organizational development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
