Patrick Powers

Patrick Powers currently serves as the St. Louis Director at Gateway to the Great Outdoors since March 2024. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Babylon Micro-Farms from February 2022 to March 2024, where Patrick progressed from Urban Farm Maintenance Technician to Senior Technical Support Manager. Earlier experience includes a Farming Apprentice position at Shalom Farms and various technical roles in environmental consulting and education. Patrick's educational background includes a BS in Earth Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a study abroad program at the University of Canterbury, and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Natural Resources/Conservation at Virginia Tech, complemented by a Professional Certificate in Beer Brewing from the University of Richmond.
