Natalie Shaffer currently serves as the Director of Sales for Southern California at Gather Brands since January 2022, following a role as Regional Account Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as West Coast Territory Manager at Owl's Brew and Business Development Manager West for Oak Ridge Winery, where responsibilities encompassed the Southern California, Las Vegas, and Arizona markets across various on and off-premise chains. Natalie has also held roles at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, CSQ Magazine, Mountain High Ski Resort, SWAT, and Nationwide Medical, Inc., beginning a career at YMCA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge, alongside studies at Moorpark College and West Valley Occupational Center.
