Glenn's earlier experience includes serving as Head Chef at Park Plaza Tyrrellstown Hotel and as a Sous Chef at Park Plaza Tyrrellstown and Stillorgan Park Hotel. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Sous Chef and Senior Chef De Partie at Stillorgan Park Hotel, as well as Sous Chef at The Westbury Hotel, and Chef De Partie and Commis Chef at Jurys Hotel Ballsbridge, showcasing a comprehensive culinary background spanning over two decades.
