Graeme Swain is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and culinary arts sectors. As the Founder of Gather Restaurant Group since February 2015, Graeme has focused on innovative farm-to-table dining concepts. Graeme also founded the Palate the Nation Museum of Wildlife Art in January 2017, which emphasizes the intersection of food, art, and scenic views. Additionally, Graeme has been instrumental in establishing Gather Restaurant Jackson Hole since December 2014, known for its creative American cuisine. Previous ventures include founding 7M Grill from August 2010 to May 2013, serving as CEO of La Jolla Gaming from October 2002 to March 2009, and leading INet Software as CEO from January 1999 to February 2002.

Glenwood Street, one block off the Town Square. Gather in Omaha is the restaurant group's third location in the historic Old Market, 1108 Howard Street in Omaha, Nebraska, complete with an on-site hydroponic vertical farm. The two latest acquisitions on Maui include Gannon's Pacific View Restaurant located at 100 Wailea Golf Club Drive next to the Wailea Golf Club and the famous Hali'maile General Store, located at 900 Hali'imaile Road. The company is poised for continued growth and success in the restaurant industry.
