Adam Kinder is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as Co-Founder of Gathered & Found since March 2020, where a commitment to innovation and quality drives the company's mission. As Founder and Host of Leaders & Founders, Adam has created a successful podcast that shares insights from leading figures in entrepreneurship. Previously, Adam held Senior Leadership roles at LFA, OB, AC from January 2009 to December 2019, overseeing multi-million-pound teams in London's tech recruitment sector, particularly in software engineering and leadership markets. Adam is also expanding expertise through an online course in Artificial Intelligence at Udacity and has a strong academic background in English Literature, English Language, Law, and Psychology from Colchester 6th Form.
