Dart Eastwood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Gathr Outdoors since June 2022, Dart Eastwood oversees employee orientation, team relations for the Camp Segment, and various training initiatives. Previously, Dart Eastwood held the position of Human Resources & Facilities Manager at CVT/ Cascadia Vehicle Tents, focusing on employee relations and recruitment. Dart Eastwood also served as Agency Manager at Farmers Insurance, managing customer accounts and office operations. Additionally, Dart Eastwood has a background in ministry as Director of Missions and Children's Ministries at Real Life Christian Church, and prior experience in IT support as an IT Help Desk Supervisor at Sutter Health.
