Deb Gendreau-Flynn

Deborah Gendreau-Flynn is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the apparel and outdoor industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales at Gathr Outdoors, Deborah emphasizes inclusivity with the motto "Together Outside." Previous positions include Business Development and New Initiatives Consultant at RG Barry, Vice President of Sales at Rocky Brands, and Sales Leader for the Americas at Honeywell. Deborah has also held leadership roles at OOFOS, Sperry Top-Sider, Nine West Group, and Hanesbrands Inc., contributing to brand success and transition strategies.
