Josh Siler

Josh Siler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Josh most recently worked as the VP of Logistics and Distribution for Gathr Outdoors, where they were responsible for developing and executing the global logistics and distribution strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Managing Partner at Phronesis Solutions LLC, where they applied practical wisdom to deliver the best solutions for their clients.

Josh also held roles at Philips, Mars, Cardinal Health, and BNSF Logistics. At Philips, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Operations for North America before leaving due to organizational fit. At Mars, they held several positions, including North American Program Leader, Supply Chain Leader, and National Sales Account Leader, where they led cross-functional teams, managed customer relationships, and developed long-term sales plans.

Before joining Mars, Josh worked at Cardinal Health as a National Account Consultant, where they developed and managed relationships with large hospital chains and grew the Opti Freight business. Prior to that, they were a Sales and Operations Leader at BNSF Logistics, where they managed account managers and oversaw operations for two offices.

Josh Siler earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2002. Josh also has additional certifications in Diversity and Inclusion Facilitation, Essence of Mars Facilitation, Skilled Negotiation, Mars Leadership, and Supply Chain Fundamentals.
