Razia Sultana is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as DGM-HR at GATI-KWE since April 2021, and concurrently holding the position of AGM-HR at Gati Kintetsu Express Pvt Ltd since July 2014, Razia specializes in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Compliance, and HR Operations. Previous positions include Sr. Manager - Talent Management at Gati Kintetsu Express Pvt. Ltd. and Manager - Talent Acquisition at Gati Limited. Razia holds an Executive Programme in Human Resource Management from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Commerce from Government Degree College for Women, Begumpet, along with an SSC diploma from Keyes High School.
