Claire Cross

Claire Cross has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Claire began their career in 2005 as a Business Development & Graduate Team Leader at elemense, where they focused on enhancing the graduate database for Matchtech Group. Claire then joined Matchtech Group as a Candidate Manager Team Leader in 2010, where they worked with universities to source graduates and managed recruitment campaigns. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Consultant - HR at Barclay Meade, focusing on mid-senior level HR positions. Claire also had roles as a Recruitment Manager at Advanced Resource Managers and Serocor Solutions. In 2013, they joined Gattaca Plc as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Reward, where they worked on sourcing hires and developing training and reward initiatives. Claire Cross continued their journey at Gattaca, taking on roles such as Global Head of Talent Management, Interim Human Resources Director, and currently serving as the Human Resources Director.

Claire Cross completed their A Levels in English Literature, History, Dance, and Performing Arts at Portsmouth College from 2000 to 2002. Claire then pursued a BA (Hons) degree in History at Royal Holloway, University of London from 2002 to 2005. In 2013, Claire attended Solent University and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2015. Continuing their education at Solent University, they earned a Master's Degree (with Distinction) in Human Resources Management from 2015 to 2016. In 2022, Claire enrolled in The OCM and is currently working towards a Diploma in Coach Mentoring, expected to be completed in 2023.
