Matthew Salmon

Matthew Salmon has a strong background in recruitment and management. Matthew started their career at Matchtech Group, where they served as Team Leader for Aerospace & Automotive. Matthew led a team of 8 consultants, recruited and trained sales staff, and set individual and team budgets. After that, they went on to become the Managing Director at Baxter Hall Recruitment Limited, where they oversaw the launch and growth of the business. Matthew managed various aspects of the company, including sales, marketing, finance, and CRM. Most recently, Matthew served as Senior Portfolio Planning Manager at Ocado Group, where they were responsible for driving portfolio planning activities and defining strategies for future product offerings. Matthew has now taken on the role of Operations Director at Gattaca.

Matthew Salmon attended the University of Portsmouth from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BA(Hons) 2:1 degree in History.
