Gareth Sear has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gareth is currently working at London Gatwick as the Business Engagement Lead, responsible for implementing and delivering the Employment, Skills, and Business Strategy to benefit the local and regional economy. Prior to this, Gareth worked at the University of Chichester in various roles, including Programme Manager for The Business Hothouse and Business Start-Up Manager. Gareth also served as the Chairperson and Director at the Chichester Chamber of Commerce & Industry and as an Executive Committee Member at the Bognor Regis Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Gareth Sear pursued their education with a focus on leadership and management. From 2015 to 2018, they attended the University of Chichester, where they obtained a Masters degree in this field. Prior to that, in 1994 to 1995, Gareth enrolled at The University of Huddersfield and earned a BA (hons) degree in Business Administration. Earlier in their education, from 1992 to 1994, they attended Crawley College and completed a HND in Business and Finance.
