Lola Dominguez has extensive work experience in financial and management roles. Lola started their career in 2003 as a Reporting & Forecasting Manager - Finance at the Medical Research Council, where they worked until 2010. Lola then joined the Office of Fair Trading as a Senior Management Accountant from 2012 to 2014, followed by the Competition and Markets Authority as a Senior Management Accountant in 2014. In 2015, Lola became a Finance Manager & Business Partner at Transport for London until 2016. Lola then transitioned to become a Group Integrated Planning Analyst at Transport for London from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Lola is working as a Project Financial Controls Lead at Gatwick Airport.

Lola Dominguez completed their education at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Lola obtained a Master's in Health & Safety and Employment Law from CEF, Madrid, Spain in the year 2000. In 2007, they obtained a certification as a Prince2 Practitioner. In 2008, Lola received the Qualified Accountant certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
