Bill Wilson

Chief Program Officer at Gaudenzia, Inc.

Mr. Wilson was hired as Gaudenzia, Inc.’s Chief Program Officer in early 2020 and is responsible for the overall planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the agency’s treatment and intervention model with oversight of the training program to support quality service delivery.

He has over 20 years of experience in the substance use disorder, criminal justice, and mental health fields, including regional supervision of residential and non-residential behavioral health and re-entry programs. Mr. Wilson also has experience in senior leadership overseeing continuous quality improvement, agency accreditation, and risk management efforts.

Mr. Wilson holds a Master’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University and training certificates from the Albert Ellis Institute and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy. Mr. Wilson is also a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, has provided training and consultation in the areas of cognitive-behavioral intervention, Motivational Interviewing, core curriculum programming, risk/need assessment, and case management interventions across the United States and internationally.
