Nicholas Chaban

Mr. Chaban is the Chief Administrative Officer and is accountable for the Information Technology, Electronic Health Records, Maintenance, Transportation, Special Projects, Corporate Insurance, and Risk Management operations of Gaudenzia.

He is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and collaborates with other Executive Team members as well as the Board of Directors to guide the agency through the rapidly changing environment.

As the Chief Administrative Officer, he makes recommendations and institutes policies and practices to ensure the long-term viability, reliability, and integrity of the organization. Mr. Chaban contributes to the development of organization-wide plans and strategies and ensures the achievement of goals for Gaudenzia, Inc., Gaudenzia Foundation Inc., and related entities. Mr. Chaban has over 30 years of non-profit management leadership experience.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Science in Taxation Degree (MST) both from Philadelphia University.
