Courtney Gesualdi

Courtney oversees Gauge Capital’s legal function as general counsel. Prior to joining Gauge Capital, Courtney was a principal at HCVT where she provided tax planning and structuring services to a global private equity client. Courtney began her career at Ropes & Gray in Boston where she represented a variety of organizations on fund formations, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions. She earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University and is licensed with the State Bar of Texas.
