Creagh Milford

Dr. Milford is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, where he focuses on healthcare investments. Outside of Gauge, Dr. Milford currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Healthcare Highways, an innovative health plan and services company. Previously, he served as the CEO of FullWell, a Medicare Advantage Managed Services Organization. He has served as an attending physician and Medical Director at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he focused on population health management and health IT. Dr. Milford is nominated as a Fellow of the National Academies of Medicine. He earned an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, a D.O. from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University, and a BA from the University of Colorado.
