Jim Norton

Jim is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, where he focuses on software and technology investments. Jim currently serves on the board of NINJIO, a Gauge portfolio company. Outside of Gauge, Jim holds a board and advisor position with DataOceans. With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, Jim previously served as SVP, Sales & Marketing at QGenda and has also led high-powered sales teams at Bomgar, Exstream Software, and HP. Jim has scaled multiple sales organizations from $10M to $100M resulting in value creation via public offering and/or strategic investment.
