Tristan Loiselle

Tristan is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. He serves as a Director of LashCo and RoofCo. Prior to joining Gauge, Tristan was a Senior Associate at Stone Arch Capital, where he focused on middle market private equity investments in the industrials, business services and consumer products industries. Earlier in his career, Tristan worked in the investment banking division at Lazard, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions. Tristan received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA in economics from Macalester College.
