Christian Gabela

Christian Gabela currently serves as SVP, Creative Executive at Gaumont where he spearheads the sourcing of international partnerships and original IP, as well as the development and production of current projects produced abroad, which includes “El Presidente” for Amazon Prime. Prior to joining Gaumont, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Story House Entertainment, a premium content studio division within Univision. There, he oversaw the studio’s overarching strategy as well as the development, production, and distribution of its content, which includes the Netflix Originals “El Chapo” and “Tijuana” among others. Prior to this he held executive roles at Univision’s corporate headquarters in New York, including working in the Office of the CEO. Christian began his career at NBCUniversal’s Telemundo Network and Studios supporting their programming and original content production operations.
