Michelle Lim

Michelle Lim has been working in the HR and Talent Acquisition industry since 2009. Michelle began their career as a Marketing Staff at Maeil Dairies Co., Ltd. in 2009. In 2012, they moved to CareerCare as a Consultant in the Industry & Engineering Team. In 2016, they joined Coupang as an Executive Recruting Sourcing Partner and Sr. Recruiter in the Global Operation Recruiting Team. In 2018, they moved to Hyperconnect as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Corporate Culture Department. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Head of Talent Acquisition at Gauss Labs.

Michelle Lim attended Sogang University from 2005 to 2010.
