Sung Yeon Kim

Sung Yeon Kim has over 10 years of work experience in talent acquisition, counseling, and research. In 2022, Kim began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Gauss Labs. From 2021 to 2019, Kim worked as a Counselor for Dankook University Counseling Center. From 2019 to 2017, Kim worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Hyperconnect, where they managed talent acquisition and developed strategies for global talent acquisition and recruitment. Kim also managed a team of recruiters and developed a global talent acquisition system. From 2016 to 2014, Kim worked as a Recruiter for Coupang, a rapidly growing eCommerce platform. From 2014 to 2013, Kim worked as a Senior Researcher for ASSESTA, where they consulted on personality and aptitude tests for recruitment and implemented psychological assessments. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, Kim worked as a Clinical Psychologist for VHS Medical Center, where they provided counseling services and conducted psychological assessments.

Sung Yeon Kim obtained a Master's degree in Clinical & Counseling psychology from Korea University in 2013, after having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media & Psychology from the same university in 2010. In September 2013, Kim was certified as a Counselor by the Korean counseling psychological association.
