Tabatha Fonseca

Tabatha Fonseca has been working in the Human Resources field since 2004. Tabatha started their career as a Trainee at Star One, where they were responsible for recruitment and dismissal processes, as well as organizing the integration program and managing training registrations. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Coca Cola Andina Brasil as a Senior HR Analyst, designing and implementing the Career and Retention Pillar. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Prumo Logística S/A as an HR Manager, leading a team of 10 employees and managing all HR subsystems. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at brMalls as an HR Senior Manager. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of People and Culture at Gavea Marketplace, where they designed and managed the strategic area of People and Culture, as well as the HR subsystems, culture and operations.

Tabatha Fonseca completed an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2008. Tabatha also obtained a Bacharelado em Administração from Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca between 2002 and 2005. In 2016, they completed an Advanced English course from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification.
