Charles Bleehen

Charles Bleehen is currently the Head of Development Finance at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where Charles is the Senior Consultant on Vaccine Financing. With extensive experience in development finance, Charles has also served as the Managing Director at New Development Finance and as a Senior Advisor at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Charles has worked as a Senior Advisor at the Larry Ellison Foundation and The World Bank, and as the Executive Director and Head of Investments (ad interim) at The Power of Nutrition. Charles has a background in strategy consulting and holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and UCL.
