Laura McKeaveney

Laura McKeaveney currently serves as the Chief People and Experience Officer at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, since May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing global equity in immunisation. Additionally, Laura holds the position of Non Executive Director at the Northern Ireland Civil Service since February 2023. Previously, Laura worked at Novartis, first as the Global Head of HR Pharma and later as the Global Head of Patient Advocacy from September 2005 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a role as VP HRD International at Medtronic from October 1998 to September 2005. Laura McKeaveney earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Ulster University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the same institution.
