Marta Urrutxi Gallastegi

Marta Urrutxi Gallastegi is a seasoned professional in global health, with extensive experience in public health, monitoring, and evaluation. Currently serving as Senior Manager in PPPR delivery and Covid 19 Strategic Liaison at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance since 2021, Marta has previously worked as a Global Health & M&E Consultant and Clinical Research Assistant. Marta's notable tenure at The Global Fund spanned over a decade, where roles included Public Health, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Fund Portfolio Manager, and Programme Officer. Additional experiences include assisting a Human Rights Officer at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, coordinating the KOOPERA Centre at UNESCO Etxea, and serving as Development Education and Fundraising Coordinator at Fundación Vicente Ferrer.
