Ed manages a team responsible for providing resources and advocacy for Associates and their families. The Associate Services Division supports Associates through their career at GDBA, ensuring every Associate feels heard, understood, and valued. Ed and his team have also developed and implemented GDBA’s CARE (Continuous Asking, Response, and Evaluation) program, an innovative internal communication and feedback system which allows Associates direct communication to the firm’s Executive Board regarding their concerns and recommendations.
