Fritz Allen

Fritz Allen is an accomplished professional in the field of physical security with extensive experience at Gavin de Becker & Associates since 1997, progressing from a Staff Security Agent to their current role as Vice President - Physical Security Design since July 2017. Previously serving as Director of Quality in Protection from April 2011 to 2017, Fritz Allen oversaw a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the firm’s high standards in protection services through rigorous training and inspections. Allen also held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Protective Security Division and Regional Director & Technical Security Advisor, during a decade of service at the firm. Prior to joining Gavin de Becker & Associates, Fritz Allen served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant (E-5), specializing as an Infantry Machine Gunner from August 1991 to August 1997.
