Rodney Ropele

Rodney Ropele has extensive experience in security and client care management, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Client Care at Gavin de Becker & Associates since September 2010. Prior roles at GDBA include Senior Director, Regional Director, and Director of Special Field Services. Before joining GDBA, Rodney served in the US Army as a Sergeant and Infantry Team Leader from October 2007 to October 2010, and in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant and Section Leader for Assault Amphibious Vehicles from June 1999 to December 2003. Rodney is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at LSU Shreveport, expected to complete in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a focus on Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
