Sarah Novotny Shearer

Sarah Novotny Shearer has a diverse work experience in various finance and operations roles. Sarah worked as the Vice President of Operations at Gavin - Evolving Influence, where they managed the agency's financial and operational areas. Prior to that, they were the Controller at the same company, responsible for fiscal management, financial reporting, and accounting functions. Sarah also served as a Manager at North Pointe Surgery Center, overseeing the financial aspects of two Ambulatory Surgery Centers. In addition, they worked as a Controller and Senior Accountant at Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc. Sarah's work history also includes roles as an Office Manager/Program Director at UTA Karate Manchester and as the Director of Finance and Accounting/Finance Manager at OSS Health.

Sarah Novotny Shearer attended South University from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a field of study in Healthcare/Financial Management. Prior to that, they completed their Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management from York College of Pennsylvania, starting from 1991 and graduating in 1995. In addition to their education, they obtained a certification in Cultural Competency & Humility V1.1 from Traliant in 2022.
